Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations Thailand on YouTube

Anthony Bourdain No Reservations

Anthony Bourdain makes it to YouTube…

Exactly one week ago I wrote the post, Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations: Thai Episode, lamenting that his cooking show wasn’t going to be viewed on available channels in Thailand. Available to me anyway.

But here we are already… on YouTube…

Edit: And now they’ve removed it… don’t you just hate that?

Enjoy…

  1. Loved it…then again I’m biased because I watch anything to do with Thailand.

  2. I do have to admit though I really would have loved to see them stranded at that bamboo hut in the middle of the gulf. There is one like that in Pattaya bay but they built it on plastic 55 gallon drums so they can float it all over the place.

  3. Good Morning Talen! I also love to watch anything to do with Thailand, especially when the camera crew are top-notch. I have another one coming up that’s equally well done.

    Ah… Monday morning…

  4. Hi Cat! I was so disappointed that I couldn’t get the A.Bourdain feature on Thailand on my cable t.v.either, but now that I’ve watched the YouTube version I don’t feel so bad, THANK YOU!

It was like I just left Bangkok, and he went to some parts of Thailand you and I haven’t been to yet! (he can have the mud and the wild boat rides)

It made me a bit homesick…where do I live, anyway??

  5. Hi Lynn! When are you coming home? I really do think that it’s past time, yes? Yesterday I was in Paragon and instead of wandering around for a bit, I did my shopping and came straight home in a mope. It just isn’t the same without my good friend to chum around with.

‘he went to some parts of Thailand you and I haven’t been to yet!’

See? We aren’t done yet! :-D

  6. Hey Cat, I hear you! I went for a power walk yesterday by myself; it was all I could do to keep going for an hour with nobody to talk to!

As I walked on the lovely paved pathways through the park that surrounds the lake near my house, I hardly noticed the beautiful waterfalls and golden trees, perfect 27′C temp., clean, clear air..

I think about us dripping with sweat as we wandered around the market early in the AM,(usually trying to find each other:) and the lovely iced coffee that came with entertainment! Much more fun!!

    Mostly I miss the company.

I will have to fire up my iPod with some good tunes, or maybe some Thai lessons!? I should keep in practice for my next trip to Thailand, right?

  7. I so miss those times we had in JJ’s. I’ve been back a few times but just to dip in and buy, then dip out again. I really must take my camera and just wander around.

For Thai lessons, the latest I posted is fabulous. I haven’t had the time to download everything yet, but I’m planning on it.
